Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and RaveReply. We've kept them plain. The short version: we draft replies to your Google reviews, you approve them, you're responsible for what gets posted under your name, and you can cancel any time.
By creating an account or using RaveReply ("RaveReply," "we," "us," or "our") and its website and application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use RaveReply
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business whose Google Business Profile you connect. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date.
2. What RaveReply does
RaveReply reads the reviews on your connected Google Business Profile and uses AI to draft replies in your voice. You review and approve drafts before they are posted, except where you have explicitly turned on automatic sending for 5-star reviews. We help you draft and manage replies and review requests — we don't control what your customers write or how Google ranks or displays your listing.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@ravereply.com if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Connecting your Google Business Profile
When you connect Google, you authorize us (through our integration provider) to access your Business Profile to read reviews and post the replies you approve. You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage that listing, and you agree to follow Google's terms and review policies. RaveReply is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. You can disconnect at any time.
5. AI drafts and your responsibility
Reply drafts are suggestions. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for every reply posted under your business's name. Review each draft before approving it, and don't post anything false, misleading, or deceptive. If you turn on automatic sending for 5-star reviews, you remain fully responsible for those replies, and you agree they meet Google's policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- post fake, deceptive, or incentivized reviews or replies, or otherwise violate Google's policies or any law;
- harass, defame, or mislead anyone;
- access an account or listing you aren't authorized to manage;
- resell, copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; or
- interfere with the Service's security or operation.
7. Plans, free trial, and billing
- Free trial. Paid plans may start with a free trial (currently 14 days). Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged.
- Subscription. RaveReply is a recurring subscription (currently $24/month, or the price shown when you sign up). It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- Payment. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Cancellation. You can cancel any time in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. If something goes wrong on our end, email us — we'll do right by you.
- Price changes. We may change pricing, and we'll give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.
8. Your content and our content
You keep ownership of your business information, reviews, and replies ("your content"). You grant us the limited license needed to process your content to provide the Service (for example, sending a review to our AI provider to draft a reply). We own the RaveReply software, brand, and website, and you agree not to use them except as allowed by these terms.
9. Third-party services
RaveReply works with third parties such as Google and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them. If a third-party service changes or becomes unavailable, parts of RaveReply may be affected.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee that AI drafts will be accurate or appropriate, or that using RaveReply will improve your ratings, reviews, or search ranking. You are responsible for reviewing replies before they are posted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RaveReply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms or any law or third-party rights.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us, other users, or third parties. You can request deletion of your account by emailing us.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and RaveReply agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, and to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
