Buy the work your shop needs.
Checked October 25, 2026: Birdeye’s pricing page offers a location-based quote form. It does not publish a numeric starting price or discount. Trial, contract term, billing cadence, minimum and fees were UNKNOWN from that page. A quote is not evidence of a high price.
RaveReply Pro is $24 USD/month. A first subscription has a 14-day trial with a card on file; a returning subscriber does not get another trial. Ask Birdeye to name the locations, tools and usage included in its quote before comparing the total. This page makes no savings claim.
| The job | RaveReply | Birdeye |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly offer | Verified: Pro $24/month. | Vendor-described: request pricing; numeric amount and terms UNKNOWN. |
| Human approval | Verified: drafts wait for approval by default; automation requires opt-in. | Vendor-described: Review Response Agent supports a human-approval workflow. |

Verified labels cover our stated offer and workflow. Vendor-described labels cover what Birdeye publishes, not an independent product test. UNKNOWN means the checked source did not settle the point.
Test ownership of a difficult reply
A useful comparison follows the approval path. A voice setting does not tell you who checks facts or handles a complaint.
Set the voice, then test the facts
Fictional example, not a real review: “The plumber fixed the leak, but left the area untidy.” Set your shop’s tone and add real replies you wrote as samples in RaveReply. Check the new draft against the job record; do not let a suggested sentence invent a return visit.
Make the owner’s decision explicit
A possible fictional reply: “Thanks for telling us. We want the work area left properly. Please call the shop so we can review the visit with you.” Edit it to match your records, then approve it. Keep customer details private. If another person must approve, confirm how your chosen tool supports that handoff.
Run the same check with Birdeye
Ask which package includes its approval and Brand AI controls. Check how a draft reaches the responsible person, how edits are kept and how you confirm a reply is posted. Judge the words and the handoff using your own reviews; this page does not claim one model writes better.
What RaveReply does not replace
Birdeye’s Response Agent help and BirdAI help, checked October 25, 2026, describe approval and voice controls. Those are vendor-described capabilities. Documentation does not establish which tools are included in every contract.
Keep the broader platform on the shortlist if your team needs its other contracted tools or a workflow across review sites that this comparison has not verified. RaveReply is not being offered here as a replacement for every Birdeye tool, supported site or organization-wide approval process. Inventory those needs before reducing the scope.
Before you switch
- List the review sites, locations, users and approval handoffs you use. Check each requirement against the new service rather than assuming matching coverage.
- Confirm the business owns its Google profiles and can access them with accounts it controls. Keep those credentials separate from any vendor login.
- Export the response history, reports and settings you need where the service permits export. Keep records of voice rules and pending work before cancelling; no automatic migration is promised.
- Pause overlapping automatic replies and requests. Test one connected profile and verify the posted reply on Google before expanding.
- Confirm which work is still pending, who will handle it, and the current contract’s notice, renewal and billing dates. Retain needed records while you still have access.
